  Purchase DVDs or Organisational Licence package

  All of our patient stories are available to buy individually in DVD format here.   Alternatively, organisations can purchase an annual organisational subscription licence, entitling them to 3 copies of all the patient stories, current and in production through the year, the films in digital format to embed within websites and intranets if required, and 3 copies of the ‘Guide for Facilitators’ for each patient story.  Visit the Organisational Licence Order Form here.
