If you’d like to get in touch to talk to us about using any of our films or learning resources, please email us: info@patientstories.org.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide direct advice or support to those who have experienced avoidable harm or poor care.  We suggest that people contact either the Patients Association Helpline on 020 8423 8999 / helpline@patients-association.com, or the AvMA Helpline (Action Against Medical Accidents) on 0845 1232352.  Both organisations are highly experienced and have dedicated services for this purpose.

Patient Stories is a body of work developed between 2011-2014 and is designed to provoke debate about safety and quality in healthcare. Our films take months to research and develop and require careful legal scrutiny before publication.  We receive no core funding for our work and rely on revenues from licences to sustain our website. Due to severe financial restrictions, we are not currently in a position to produce any new films.
