In this moving and challenging documentary we tell the story of the Bowen family following the tragic death of Bethany during ‘routine’ surgery and subsequent sudden death of father Richard aged 31, following the trauma of his daughter’s death and the ‘torture’ of the inquest.
This licence allows you to use Beth’s Story as part of a formal non-commercial organisational or education programme across a single organisation. Once purchased you will receive a downloadable link with both an MP4 media file of the film and a PDF of the accompanying Facilitators’ Guide. For some of our films, we can also provide DVD copies of the film and printed Facilitators’ Guides – please email us if these are required.
In addition to Beth’s Story, we provide 3 short supplementary films, each focusing on and exploring key themes: ‘Understanding Error and Blame’, ‘Managing the Aftermath’, and ‘ A Culture of Concealment?’.

5 years – £450 inc VAT/film
Renewals:
3 years – £200 inc VAT/film
5 years – £275 inc VAT/film
