Educational / Organisational Licence for Six Patient Stories

This film collection includes six patient stories: Beth’s Story, Julie’s Story, Paul’s Story, Alexandra’s Story, Joshua’s Story and Gillian’s Story.  The package also includes additional short films and Facilitator’s Guides which accompany Beth’s Story, Paul’s Story and Julie’s Story, in PDF format. The films are supplied in electronic (MP4) format.

This licence allows you to use each of these six films as part of a formal educational / organisational and non-commercial programme and across a single organisation.  Once purchased you will receive a downloadable link with MP4 media files for each of the six stories, additional films and guides. We may also be able to provide printed copies of the Facilitators’ Guides – please email us if these are required; additional P&P charges will apply.

Once you receive the MP4 film files, they can only be used within the terms of the licence agreement (please view our Terms and Conditions for further clarification) – we rely on users’ goodwill and respect for our copyright.  You can read some background on how PATIENTSTORIES operates as an independent social enterprise.

Licence duration period for non-commercial educational licences:

3 years – £300 inc VAT/film (standard licence period)

5 years – £450 inc VAT/film 

Renewals:

3 years – £200 inc VAT/film

5 years – £275 inc VAT/film

Commercial licences or National Educational Providers licence: fees based on number of end users, length of licence, intended use.  Email us for a bespoke licence quote.
